What is a Request for Proposal?

A Request for Proposal (RFP) is a document the department puts out to ask companies to submit detailed plans and prices for how they would do a project or provide a service.

What is the status of the R-1 Reuse Feasibility Study?

The study will be complete by October 3, 2026. The County will have 6 months from the completion of the study to decide whether to construct/operate the R-1 Reuse Project.
